1. Intellectual Property: All course materials, including but not limited to curriculum, training manuals, and any other materials created or used by Dependable Crane School are the property of Dependable Crane School and are protected by copyright laws. No materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without the prior written consent of Dependable Crane School.
2. Non-Disclosure: All students and instructors of Dependable Crane School agree to keep confidential all course materials and trade secrets belonging to Dependable Crane School. Students and instructors agree not to disclose any such information to any third party for any reason, including but not limited to copying or stealing the material for their own use or for the use of others. Any violation of this policy will result in legal action.
3. Liability: Dependable Crane School will hold liable in a court of law any person who attempts to defraud the certification system, steal course materials, or have any ill intent. Dependable Crane School reserves the right to terminate any student or instructor’s enrollment or contract at any time for any reason. Dependable Crane School will also pursue legal action to the fullest extent of the law in the event of any violation of these terms of service.
4. Refund Policy: All sales of courses or certifications are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. However, if a student is unable to complete a course due to unforeseen circumstances, Dependable Crane School may offer the student the option to enroll in a future course at a discounted rate.
5. Governing Law: These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Dependable Crane School is located.

Dependable Crane School Photo Release Consent

I hereby grant permission to Dependable Crane School and its agents or employees to capture and use photographic images of me, taken during my training sessions or any related activities, for the purposes of promoting, publicizing, or explaining the school and its activities. This might include (but is not limited to) the right to use these images in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases, and funding applications.

I understand that my images may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph.
